DESCRIPTION:Let's runArab!\n\n\n\nThis virtual race is for runners and walkers alike and consists of a 5K\, 10K\, or 1/2 Marathon. Try the Chamber Triple Challenge and run all three. We couldn't forget the kids and have added a kids one-mile fun run!\n\n\n\nParticipants may walk or run at any time between the dates of July 23 - July 26\, 2020. No set course is required\, choose your own path. Use a tracking app such as Runkeeper\, Strava or Map My Run to collect your race data. Race results must be submitted by Monday\, July 27th at 4 PM. Results must show distance traveled and time completed to be considered for winner awards.\n\n\n\nAll participants who submit results will receive a race t-shirt\, race medal\, and swag.
